Please Read The Following Instructions Carefully Before Filling The Form:

• Fill in the form carefully. Kindly use a laptop or a desktop for filling the form.

• In case you are using a mobile for filling the data, kindly activate the cookies.

• All fields are mandatory. In case, the data cannot be filled or is not available please specify N.A.(for text field) or 0 (for number field).

• Care must be taken to ensure that the date of birth filled in the Registration form tallies with that on the original birth certificate.

• Registration form will be uploaded on school records only after payment of the registration fees on the online payment portal.

• Once the form is submitted and payment is made, you will not be able to make any changes to the application form.

• Submission of registration form does not guarantee admission.

• The admission counsellor will get in touch for interaction appointment via call / SMS within a week of successful payment of registration fee.
